Naraka Bladepoint Weapon Tier List: Ranked Best To Worst (2024)

Find the best weapon to take into battle using our comprehensive tiered list ranking all weapons in Naraka Bladepoint from best to worst.

The weapons you select for battle in Naraka Bladepoint are crucial to your chances of winning. However, determining the right weapon for you can be overwhelming, even as you gain experience in the game.

To assist you in this critical choice, we've created a comprehensive list of all the weapons in Naraka Bladepoint, ranked from best to worst. With this list, you can quickly find the perfect weapon for your needs. So, let's dive right in without any delay.

Naraka Bladepoint offers players a variety of weapons to choose from, including melee and ranged weapons. To provide a comprehensive guide to the best weapons, our tier list is divided into these two categories, with each weapon ranked from S-tier to C-tier.

It's important to note that C-tier weapons are the least recommended options, and new players should avoid them if possible. Even veteran players may find these weapons challenging to use effectively. However, we encourage players to experiment with all the weapons available in the game and find the ones that work best for their playstyle.

Our tier list takes into consideration the current meta and offers a consolidated ranking of all weapons in the game, regardless of which character you choose. We will continue to update the list as the meta shifts and new weapons are added to the game; for instance, the Staff, Dual Blades, Polesword, and new Lightsaber weapon will be added later once more players have tried them and the meta surrounding them has settled.

Naraka Bladepoint Weapon Tier List: Melee Weapons

Melee weapons are your bread and butter when first starting in Naraka Bladepoint, and even as your go through the ranks, they will be your main source of damage and combo builders. Choosing the best one can be tough, so below, we'll go through the best picks that are worth your time.

S-tier Melee Weapons: Longsword, Spear, Nunchuk

The Longsword kicks off our tier list as the top melee weapon in the game, and for a very good reason; it ticks most if not all, boxes. This weapon sports a clean balance between range and damage while also having the speed needed to reliably pull off tons of combos for the more advanced players.

Its focus attack can even send out a shockwave that can damage enemies from a distance. giving it some versatility as well. It may be on the more "simplistic" side of weaponry, but its undeniably the most reliable weapon capable of handling any situation.

The Spear comes in as the second S-tier weapon and only falls below the Longsword by a sliver, even after getting nerfed. The Spear gives you a high attack speed, has a great combo chain, and naturally has tons of range to utilize.

This lets you get off a flurry of attacks before enemies can even get close to you, and its Combo is almost impossible to dodge. The only downside to the spear is its ease of use, as it takes some time to get used to this combat style.

The Nunchuckis at the bottom of our S-tier category and that is for one main reason, its barrier to entry. While it does sport a high damage output and blistering fast attack speed, capable of stun-locking enemies, it does take more practice to master than the other weapons in this tier.

The hardest part to master is its unique meter function, which works by charging up a meter bar by parrying attacks. Your meter bar is then used to perform focus attacks, which can be limiting to most players. Ultimately though, it's worth getting this weapon if you don't mind a slightly steeper learning curb, as the rewards will be worth your efforts.

A-tier Melee Weapons: Katana, Dagger

The Katanais quite similar to the Longsword, sporting a formidable range and decent damage, but where it shines is in its attack speed, which let you perform a flurry of combos that can overwhelm your opponent.

However, it falls in the A-tier due to its shorter reach, fewer combos, and depending on the opponent, its focus attacks can be easily parried. But, if you can keep your combo orders varied and time your attacks well to stagger and slot in some focus attacks, the Katana can give you what you need.

The Daggeris another weapon that falls short due to its situational advantage and complexity in terms of usage. It's fantastic for its speed in up-close combat, lending to hefty combos, and its Dash slash grants you increased movement speed and lets you close gaps.

But its effectiveness drops off against ranged players and against enemies that force distance between you, such as a Spear user. This means it's only very extremely useful if you keep up a steady supply of grappling hooks and can outmanoeuvre your opponents, but if you can, it's a deadly weapon to take into battle.

B-tier Melee Weapons: Greatsword

The Greatswordholding up B-tier is a powerful weapon and an iconic feature in any melee combat-based weapon list. In Naraka Baldepoint, the Greatsword is indeed powerful, giving you the ability to negate knockbacks from weapon clashes and your combos are monstrously damaging if enemies are caught in it.

However, as with all Greatswords, their drawback is their slow attack speed and weapon animations, which can leave you out in the cold against nimble and experienced players. As always, you can try out any weapons in our tier list, though the greatsword is in the C-tier for a good reason, as it takes too much effort on the player's part to get the most out of this weapon.

C-tier Melee Weapons: Bloodripper

The Bloodripperlies in the C-tier for melee weapons, and for more than one reason. Thanks to its slow build-up for its charged attack, extremely predictable attack pattern, and having no combo attacks whatsoever.

While it can devastate enemies when its attack hits, it's not worth the pain it can cause to use this weapon, and we would not recommend this as anyone's first weapon in Naraka Bladepoint.

Naraka Bladepoint Weapon Tier List: Ranged Weapons

Ranged weapons offer you more control from a distance in Naraka Bladepoint, letting you apply pressure to the enemies, draw them out or simply overwhelm them with your firepower. Some are better than others naturally, so below are the ones to try and ones to avoid.

S-tier Range Weapons: Musket, Bow

The Musekt holds the top spot for ranged weapons thanks to various reasons. The first is its high damage output, its charged shots, and its larger ammo capacity letting you trim off enemies' HP from a distance easily.

It also allows you to empty your entire magazine before needing to reload and if you're hiding - which you should be with a ranged weapon - it's an excellent choice for any class.

The Bow is a close second to the Musket, and while not as versatile, the Bow is still a good choice for any player. It offers you a powerful charged shot and can easily one-hit enemies. Though you should be aware of its flaws which are its lower ammo capacity and weaker normal shots.

A-tier Range Weapons: Pistol, Repeating Crossbow

The Pistol is still quite popular in A-tier for its overwhelming power and functions more like a shotgun than a pistol. It can charge up to fire a short and powerful burst or single shots and can be devastating up close.

It falls short, however in its power comes drawbacks such as no options to counter and not being able to string combos together. It's powerful, but only if you can master its timing and distance.

The Repeating Crossbow is also an adequate choice, as it offers you a fast rate of fire that can quickly deplete your enemy's health bars. However, it does come with a few drawbacks that you need to consider.

The first is that it has a short range, requires accurate aiming (so make sure your sensitivity is set correctly) and cant take some time to reposition yourself. So as long as you can account for these drawbacks, you can get some decent damage in with this weapon.

B-tier Range Weapons: Swarm, Famebringer

The Swarm falls into the B-tier and offers you many great characteristics, such as its high effectiveness in both range and close combat, as well as its high damage output over a wide area. It does, unfortunately, come with one big drawback, and that's its speed.

The Swarm takes ages to reload and charge, which immobilizes you for the time that you are charging it. If you can make sure enemies don't know you're there while you charge, it works, but otherwise, you could easily be crushed by enemies not giving you a second to breathe.

The Flamebringer is on the low end of the B-tier, and for good reason. While it does offer a wide Area of Effect (AoE) and no charge times, it falls short in other aspects that make it far more challenging to use.

The weapon, unfortunately, has a low damage output and can't stack up against the other ranged weapons in the game. So unless you can manage to squeeze more power out of it, we wouldn't recommend the Flamebringer.

C-tier Range Weapons: Cannon

The Cannon is a C-tier ranged weapon, and we don't recommend it. Despite having decent area-of-effect damage, its sluggishness makes it impractical.

Charging up your attacks is difficult unless you catch your enemies off guard, and they can quickly dodge or block your projectiles. While you can still give it a shot, the Cannon has noticeable drawbacks that will likely become apparent during use.

So, that's our complete and thorough tiered list of all the weapons in Naraka Bladepoint, both ranged and melee, ranked from best to worst. We'll keep this list up to date as the meta evolves. Don't forget to try out all the weapons available in the game to find what suits you best.
