Cheddar Bay Chaffles are best enjoyed as a side dish or bread along with your dinner, ie fried chicken, grilled steak or lobster.I like to top my cheddar bay chaffles with sour cream and green onion. These would also be fantastic with a low carb chili too.

This works well for making chaffles because it is small and makes the perfect sized waffles.Larger models of waffle makers will for making chaffles as well. Pour the chaffle batter in the center of the waffle iron. There is no need to spread out the waffle batter. The batter will spread on it’s own creating a perfect chaffle.
